From their Leyland HQ, Supertex is an established and successful wholesaler and distributor of carpets, vinyls, artificial grass and accessories to independent flooring and landscape supply customers across the UK.

Having initially utilised Panintelligence charts and reports to optimise the company’s stockholding and purchasing functions, Andrew explains how it’s since been rolled out across the business.
“It’s a great addition to our Realitex200 system. Our field based sales team now have instant access to real-time Realitex200 data using their tablets and iPhones. They can visit their customers and tell them exactly what products are available and it’s much easier than working with reports or on-screen listings as the charts we’ve designed are highly visual. We’ve also automated the delivery of sales against targets so that each rep knows exactly where he or she stands at close of business every day.” added Andrew.
After less than 2 hours initial training, the Supertex team led by Systems Manager Adam Hamer, quickly picked up Panintelligence and ran with it. Real time charts and tables for sales, stock, purchasing and accounts have been created or amended so that they meet the company’s requirements in all areas.

After 30 years of continuous growth, Campey Turf Care Systems realised that they had outgrown their existing business system and decided that it was time to ‘fill the gaps’ in their business processing.

Founded in 2012, Quality Bearings Online is a leading online supplier and distributor of over 1,000,000 bearings and ancillary products, from some of the world’s most trusted brands including SKF, FAG, NTN, NSK, Timken, INA, IKO, RHP, FBJ and MTK.
Their customer base is extensive, ranging from multi-nationals like Shell and Continental to mid-size engineering businesses right down to the weekend hobbyist, fixing his bike in the garden shed.
From their Leeds base, most products are ordered on-line and delivered from stock the same day, usually with a 1-3 day delivery time to anywhere in the world. Excellent customer service and attention to detail have resulted in a phenomenal 45% year on year growth in sales – with the potential for more!
QBO Director, Denny Maude explains. “Since we started out, Quality Bearings Online has always embraced the power and convenience of e-commerce but we also focus on delivery service and customer service both pre and post-sale. Customers worldwide know that they are getting genuine bearings with our price match promise. This year export growth is up 72% so we needed to ensure that our IT platform will support our planned expansion.”
With this in mind, QBO evaluated several stock control, sales and accounting systems but settled on the Sage 200 Suite from Barnsley based Sage Strategic Partner, Wharncliffe.
Wharncliffe is providing a cloud-based solution, running on the Microsoft Azure platform and will use the Microsoft .net technology platform to deliver full, real-time integration with QBO’s existing e-commerce platform.
