Sit-In Chooses Realitex-G

Rochdale based Sit-In UK Ltd, a leading distributor of wilton and tufted carpets to retailers and wholesalers has recently installed Realitex-G from Barnsley based Wharncliffe Business Systems Ltd.
Having used Realitex since 1998, MD Edoardo Castagna wanted to provide his Sit-In users with additional functionality to enhance customer services and saw Realitex-G as the most cost-effective way of achieving this.
"I had been aware of many of the new enhancements within Realitex-G such as quicker searching, the ability to store images, the new document matrix, and sortable columns which all make our users' day to day jobs quicker and easier," commented Edoardo.
"However, we're also looking to save money and handling time by implementing e-mailed documents such as statements and invoices, which will also help the environment. We are also using Realitex-G to gather e-mail addresses using the Questionnaire System. The installation of Realitex-G was completed with no disruption to our business and the reaction by everyone at Sit-In has been very positive," he concluded.
Realitex-G offers new functionality to all existing Realitex users and the software is supplied FOC as part of the existing development contract.
